How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FittrAI → Cancel Subscription

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How is my body composition data analyzed?

Photos you upload are processed by AI to generate personalized fitness recommendations. We do not share or sell your personal data. Photo storage is minimal and may be removed in upcoming releases. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Use the Delete Account option in the app's Profile section. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including photos, body composition analyses, and workout/nutrition plans.

Why isn't my plan generating?

Plan generation requires:

• An active subscription
• A completed profile (weight, age, gender, workout days, goal)
• An uploaded body photo for AI analysis
